Biography

A born and raised ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵn, Elizabeth Wasson's joint love for music and books began in her local community theater and small town public library. She received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ City University in 2017, and her Master in Library and Information Science from the University of ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ in 2019.

Elizabeth's career in librarianship began as a student worker in the Leichter Listening Library, and she has since worked in digitization and digital collections at the University of ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ, and in Interlibrary Loan at the University of Chicago before returning home to be the Music and Performing Arts Librarian at ÏòÈÕ¿ûÊÓƵ City University.

As an opera singer, Elizabeth has performed with companies across the country, including Painted Sky Opera, Sarasota Opera, and Opera Steamboat.
