Student Code of Conduct

Alcohol and other Drugs Policy
At OCU, the use, possession, or sale of alcoholic beverages (including under-age drinking), tobacco, illegal drugs, firearms, or other dangerous weapons on University-owned or controlled property is prohibited.
Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act
Legislation that requires OCU to implement and enforce drug prevention programs and policies as a condition of eligibility to receive federal financial assistance.
Medical Amnesty Policy
Students needing and seeking medical assistance during an alcohol or other drug-related emergency will not face formal conduct action by the Dean of Students Office for the mere possession or use of alcohol or drugs.
