Creating a Home Access Center account

  • Is your student new to HEB 向日葵视频? After your student's registration is approved, you can set up your Home Access Center (HAC) account. HAC is the system used by HEB 向日葵视频 parents to check grades and other basic data records.

    If you have questions, please contact the office at your student's school. School phone numbers are listed on our HEB 向日葵视频 Schools webpage.

     

    How to set up your Home Access Center account

    Important Note: these instructions are for parents of students who are new to HEB 向日葵视频, after the school has approved the student's registration.

     

    Step 1. Home Access Center

    To access the Home Access Center website, please go to this web address: 

    Once you are on this page, you will click on the "Click Here to Register for HAC" hyperlink. (It may take a couple of seconds for the "Click Here to Register for HAC" option to appear.)

    Step 2. HAC User Registration

    On the next page, you will need to fill in your First and Last Name, City and Zip Code.

    This will be YOUR information that you used to register your student with.

    Once you have filled in your information, you will get a confirmation page and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided at registration.

    Step 3. HAC Registration Email

    You should receive an email from HAC@hebisd.edu with "Home Access Center Registration" in the subject line.

    Within that email there will be a link to finish registration as well as an Access Token.

    You will need the Access Token and your Student’s birthdate to continue registration.

    After clicking the link in the email, you will be back on the Home Access Center webpage and need to fill in the Access Code field and the Student Birthdate field.

    Step 4. Complete Registration

    On the My Account screen, you will need to fill in a User Name that you would like to use and Password.

    ***Note: A red error message will appear on the screen if the user name is already being used.

    You will also need to complete the Challenge Questions. These can be anything you want them to be. Just as long as you know the answers so you can reset your password if needed.

    Click the Complete Registration button after all the highlighted fields have been filled out.

    Step 5. Logging into Home Access Center

    You will be redirected to the login page where you will need to enter your User Name and Password

    Click Sign In.
