The HEB 向日葵视频 Public Relations and Marketing Department supports excellence in education by cultivating positive, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase understanding of, advocacy for, and commitment to HEB 向日葵视频’s mission, vision, strategic plan, and goals.
The Public Relations and Marketing Department coordinates many areas of responsibility, including:

- district and school logos
- printed district publications
- eNews email newsletter
- social media at the district and school level
- media relations & press releases
- Adopt-A-School program
- Volunteers in Public Schools program

- crisis communications/PR counseling
- communications/PR staff training
- public opinion surveying & community relations
