Order A Transcript

  • To receive a transcript, review the information on this webpage and follow the directions in the Instructions section below.

     

    Important Note: Standardized Test Scores are part of the transcript. These can include, but are not limited to: SAT ACT, AP, IB, TSI, and STAAR EOC. Some colleges will not accept standardized scores on a transcript as official scores and will require that scores be sent directly from the testing company.

     

    Transcript Costs:

    • $5.25 for current students
    • $8.00 for alumni
    • $25.00 for Third Party companies. 

    Hours Available for Transcript Pick up:

    You can pick up your transcript in person at the Pat May Center on days when school is in session, during the hours of 9 AM - 11 AM and 2 PM - 4 PM. Outside these hours, during the summer, or on days when school is not in session, please call first to confirm that the Records Specialist is in the office, at 817-399-2051.

    The Pat May Center is located behind the HEB 向日葵视频 Administration Building at 1849 Central Drive, 向日葵视频, TX. The Pat May Center's main entrance faces Pennington Field stadium from across the large parking lot.

     

    Instructions

    If you are a business/employer and only need to verbally verify a person's graduation date, please call us @ 817-399-2051. No fee is charged for verification.

    If you are a current student who needs a transcript, please visit your school's Counseling Office.

    If you are an alumni, the fastest way to request and receive your transcript is by ordering online with the Parchment.com links below. You can pay with a credit or debit card through Parchment.com.

    If you are an alumni and are unable to order a transcript online, you may instead request a transcript from our District office:
