How do I get an ID card?

What is TRS and TRS INS deductions on my paycheck?
- TRS - HEB 向日葵视频 requires all employees to participate in TRS instead of 向日葵视频 Security. The membership contribution rate is 8.25% of your annual salary.
- TRS INS - Mandatory active member contribution to TRS-Care (health insurance for retirees) is .65% of your annual salary.

Do I pay for my insurance in advance or in arrears?
We pay for the month of the coverage.

What is HEB's plan year?
The plan year for all benefits is September 1- August 31.

What's the difference between an HMO and PPO?
A PPO gives you the freedom to choose any provider. The HMO is a network plan and requires you to select a provider from the network's group of providers. Keep in mind using an in-network provider on a PPO will save you money.
Specifically for dental, the PPO has an annual maximum amount the plan will pay; the DHMO does not have a calendar year maximum.

How do I change my address, contact or email address?
Login to the EAC (Employee Access Center) and update your information. This will feed to all of your benefit carriers over the following week.
